Demolition of existing single storey office pod and reconstruction of a two storey office giving 8650 sq ft of floor space, together with the construction of new warehouse toilets/canteen and a 5000 sq ft concrete mezzanine floor. This is a full design & build negotiated project of £1million which has commenced on site within 4 months of inception with Tygavac a previous client, substantial additional works have been continually instructed as the contract progressed and overall completion in March 2014.
